Membership Party a Success!

What an amazing membership party we had! 10 new members signed up that evening! A huge thank you goes out to our Membership Committee and Barbie Byrd for making this event a huge success. Dear Members,

It is time for our annual Membership Drive. We are kicking off the Drive by

having a Membership "Rush" Party on June 19th at Brandt's Barn. ALL MEMBERS ARE WELCOMED! WCNHBA encourages each member to bring a potential new member with you as your guest.

The Membership Committee is grilling steaks for EVERYONE! So come hungry because there will be PLENTY of food.

There will be lots of fun activities. Bring your golf clubs (driver and chipper) and some old golfballs as you will have a chance to chip golfballs into a floating tire in the middle of the lake and have a chance to win the longest drive. Anyone want to try Ladder Ball or Bocce Ball? Here is your opportunity!

Any new member signed up (check and application given to the committee) by the

end of the evening of June 19 will sign up now

pay just $300 for their dues the first year. That is a $60 discount! Does your potential member have other plans that evening? Just bring his signed application and check to the Party! Those members of WCNHBA who sponsor a new member who signs up the evening of June 19 receive a package of steaks to take home.

Special guest, Barbie Byrd will present the benefits of the Nebraska State Home Builders Association and National Association Home Builders. Barbie is the EO for NSHBA.

Home SHow Update

Home Show update: 9 of the HUGE booths are being built! The Wardcraft home is in place outside. 9 smaller booths are built! Good first day despite the high winds that kept a few exhibitors from traveling. Mayhem tomorrow!

Kearney Home and Builders Show

Time is running out to get your booth at the Kearney Home and Builders Show January 13-15. Times are 1:00 -8:00 Friday, 10:00-8:00 Satuday, 11:00-5:00 Sunday. Move in dates for exhibitors are Thursday 8:00 - 8:00 and Friday 8:00 -11:00. $325 for the first 10x10. $300 for each additional 10x10.
